Shipping and handling fees depend upon the number of items ordered and the method of delivery that you choose.

Street addresses are required to ensure proper delivery for online orders. If you do not have a street adress (i.e. PO BOX), please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance at 515-994-9244.

Standard Delivery

Please allow 3 - 5 days from the date of shipment (excluding US holidays). Orders generally ship the next business day, subject to payment verification. Orders shipped in the USA are subject to a $5 handling fee along with a $1.99 shipping charge per item. Please allow 2 weeks for personalized itmes.

You may pick-up items at our Prairie City location between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
